Terms and Conditions
Cancellation
The deposit of £150 is non refundable. Full payment is due before 14th July 2025 and after this date there will be no refund of any fees paid. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Liverpool Flute Academy reserves the right to cancel the course, in which case all monies paid to Liverpool Flute Academy will be refunded. However, we accept no responsibility for any other additional costs for travel or otherwise. In the unlikely circumstance, we reserve the right not to accept an individual on to any course.
Accommodation
Please be aware accommodation at the CHET centre is shared rooms and bathrooms. Liverpool Flute Academy is a mixed, residential course, open to students over the age of 16. Please be aware that accommodation at the CHET centre is in shared, single sex rooms with shared, single sex shower blocks.
We have limited rooms available for single use at an additional cost of £120 per person (£30 per night extra). Please contact us prior to booking so we can confirm availability.

Site Rules and Pastoral Support
Smoking in all areas of CHET centre is forbidden, as is the consumption of alcohol by students under 18. We have designated pastoral personnel and will hold a list of all students under 18 to ensure their safety and well-being on the course. However, parents and guardians should be aware that we do not offer 24 hour supervision as this is primarily a course for adults.
Medical Requirements and First Aid
Upon registering, we will provide a medical form to be completed and submitted prior to the course. On this, we must be made aware of emergency contact details and of any existing conditions which might require specialist assistance. Course staff will be available at all times to provide First Aid and support to students.
Insurance
Please make sure that all instruments and valuable items are fully insured. Liverpool Flute Academy accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of instruments, or personal property.
Publicity
We will be taking photographs and video clips to use on our social media, publicity materials and on our website (www.liverpoolfluteacademy.co.uk). Please let us know if you do not wish to be included in this by emailing applications@liverpoolfluteacademy.co.uk
Safeguarding Policy
All Liverpool Flute Academy staff are fully DBS checked for working with children.
